LEGAL ISSUES AND ALTERNATIVE SENTENCING

Courts have increasingly recognized sober living as an effective way of dealing with alcohol and drug related problems. Recognizing this, a number of individuals come to Palm Springs Sober Living with court obligations. We are sufficiently experienced and flexible to accommodate most conditions that a court or probation department may impose, including the following:

· Community service
· Mandatory 12-step meetings
· Participation in anger management or any other court ordered activity or program

Progress reports are provided as needed or specified by the court or probation department.
